2020: First Prototype
TEV built its first prototype in the USA, marking a significant milestone that showcased the company’s early commitment to innovation, advanced engineering, and sustainable mobility. This initial prototype served as a proof of concept for TEV’s vision of delivering high-performance, eco-friendly electric vehicles.
2021: Power Home Link
TEV has pioneered the development of Power Home Link technology, a roundbreaking innovation that seamlessly integrates electric vehicles with home energy systems. This technology enables bi-directional power flow, allowing an electric vehicle not only to charge from the home but also to supply electricity back to the house during power outages or peak demand periods, effectively transforming the vehicle into a mobile energy storage unit. Recognizing its uniqueness and transformative potential, TEV has secured a global patent for the Power Home Link, reinforcing its leadership in sustainable energy solutions and setting new standards in the electric mobility and smart energy sectors.
2022: R&D Setup in India
TEV established a cutting-edge 150,000-square-foot Research and Development (R&D) facility in Gujarat, India, dedicated to driving innovation and advancing next-generation electric and hydrogen vehicle technologies. This state-of-the-art center serves as the global hub for designing, prototyping, and testing a wide range of commercial EV solutions, including trucks, buses, and special-purpose vehicles.
2023: 45T Prototype Built
TEV proudly built India’s first 45-ton electric semi-truck, setting a new benchmark in the nation’s journey toward sustainable and eco-friendly transportation. Designed for heavy-duty commercial use, this groundbreaking vehicle combines robust performance with zero tailpipe emissions, significantly reducing the environmental impact compared to traditional diesel trucks.
2024:Developed 10T Truck & H2 ICE
TEV proudly engineered India’s first 10-ton electric truck and pioneered the development of a hydrogen-powered internal combustion engine, setting new benchmarks in sustainable transportation. The 10T electric truck is designed to deliver high performance, reliability, and zero emissions, making it ideal for heavy-duty commercial applications while significantly reducing the environmental impact compared to traditional diesel trucks.
